Welcome Jstruzik, Jump in a read, read, read and then ask questions. When asking for help tell us what you are trying to do, what your problem is, what equipment and software you're using and you will get a lot more help than just asking someone to trace something for you. If you show where your at with your drawing you will get a lot more responses. You can start by adding your equipment and software to the bottom of your post like mine and Gamelords above. This will help people know what you're working with. I too have a Arclight table and may be able to answer some of your questions. As I said before, WELCOME and ENJOY!

Welcome aboard, Just remember we all were "really new" once, plenty of help from many here in both info and files to cut. If you send me a PM with your email address I have a large collection of downloaded Inkscape tutorials I can send you via the Google drive. You can PM any member by clicking on the icon next to the word "contact" on the right under the posts info.
