Tattered and Torn Flag "Wind Wave"

I've only cut them in the flat however I have seen some that have a wave in them and was wondering what method people were using to gain that. Thanks in advance!!!

If I remember correctly they cut the flag and then used a plate roller to put waves into the flag.

I made a jig for my press. It is two pieces, I used pipe on the bottom spaced out to where the pipe on the top piece will press between them. Works like a champ.

I just clamp a piece of tubing to the edge of the table and hand form the waves over the top of that.
