Log in issue

Post by seajinx »

Is it just me or is there anyone else out there that has to keep logging in. I've clear my Cache files countless times and still having to log in continuously. Getting to be a real pain in the rear.

This has happened to be several times. At one time it was so bad I just about left the site but worked with the administrator and got it about fixed. Now it only happens about twice a night. Good luck, I hope you can get your issue worked out. If you do let the rest of us know.

There was a thread that had the fix. I think the way to fix was to download CCleaner and have it do a full clean of your system, cache, old files, hidden windows internet files that normal cleaning doesn't fix. Run that and you should be good to go.

Found the other thread:

I had the same problem recently but seems to be working fine now. Does anyone have a problem with the back button not working. I have to scroll up and go back to the main menu. Only happens on this website.

I had this same issue and found that when I closed the window that PS was open in my history was cleared every time. It did not matter if other windows were open or not the history was cleared. What I had to do was close ALL windows open to the internet, open ONE window and then change the option to NOT clear the history, then close that window so it would save my settings. Then when I signed into PS it would keep me signed in no matter how many times I closed that window. :D :D :D

Just happen to me again. Some times I can hit the back button and be signed in again. Just went to write this comment and I had to sign again, that's twice. I really hate it when I write a long reply and hit submit only to be told I have to log in.

Last time that happened to me I worked with Admin and this is what he had me do to fix it. The KEY word here is "I think"
