Convert .DXF to .PCM

Hello, I am new around here and from New Zealand, Looks like a great active community :)

I have a problem with a CNC workshop running Design Edge software they are having trouble importing my DXF files.

Would some one be able to convert the attached file to .PCM or can they point me in the right direction for online converter or mac app?

Much appreciated in advanced :)
