Cant't stay loged in

Same here only on this site. I just dont post as much any more as its a real pain. I will login, do a post, then it forgets I am logged in and most of the time I loose all the text in the post and have to do it again. I now just copy the post to my clip board just in case I have to do it again.

The fact that it does it on all popular browsers and only this site, and the fact that it started a couple months ago, tells me its a Plasmaspider issue.

I have that issue when on my iPad, my desktop computer using IE seems to work fine.

Like I said before I've been fighting with the same problem… The Admin has been very responsive and has given me many suggestions to try to help me resolve this issue and I appreciate the effort.
Now I found a solution to my problem at last! If I go the login page and sign in as anyone would normally do I have problems… Now If I login and check the “remember me” box I can surf the site without any issues as long as I want! Go figure??

Cleared cache and it still kicks me out everytime I switch pages on here . Seems the site builder / web host can provide a fix ?

Sorry to hear some of you are still having issues with this despite clearing your web browser cache and selecting Remember Me when you log in.

I have mode a configuration change to the site just a moment ago that will hopefully fix up anyone who is still experiencing this problem.

Please go ahead and clear your browser cache once again then log in again and get back to me with your results.

I was unable to login after the admin change until I went into my cookies and cleared out the Plasmaspider cookie.

As of today, I've been unable to log in at all. I just performed the step mentioned above (deleted ALL Plasmaspider cookies), and I can now log in.

Also, I was unable to log in until I checked the "remember me" box.

Yep, unable to log in with Chrome. IE works ok. Chrome had been working fine for me for a week or so, until yesterday. Now unable to login with Chrome.

After clearing the cache, history etc I still had trouble logging in even with the remember me button. I had to try a few more times to get in but finally did.

Sorry so many are still having issues, seems the config change helped those with issues but affected others who otherwise were not having issues. Luckily it's an easy fix.

Please clear your web browsers cache, cookies, and site data by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Del and selecting those items for deletion from the selection box that appears. Don't use the "Delete all board cookies" link found at the bottom of PlasmaSpider pages, we need to delete more than that.

Once you complete that you should be able to close Chrome, re-open it and login with no issues. Please give that a try and PM me if you are still having issues and I can assist you 1 on 1.

Only time I have to log in is when I use, Piriform CCleaner It cleans all the Crap and has another simple registry check and fix all buttons. best wishes to those that are having trouble and the admin that is struggling!

Just got off the phone with acourtjester who was following my instructions to clear browser cache and cookies and still having no luck and we were both stumped.

I logged into his PC and found the option at the top of the Chrome Clear browsing data window was set to "the past hour" and not "the beginning of time" as shown above so it was not clearing out the old cookies, only the new ones. Please see below.

He is all fixed up now and hopefully this info will help some others who may still be having difficulty. Sorry for this inconvenience, I will wait a few more days and see how this config change affects things and the problem it was intended to resolve and go from there.

Did steps on both laptop and phone. Phone lets me login now, but the laptop just goes to home screen after I press login. Without logging me in.
