An explanation and apology to all affected

Hello everyone.
I'd like to take this opportunity to reach out to any and all searching for me during my time of absence. I'm doing my best to reach everyone personally in explanation though this is proving to be a daunting task on it's own.

This past month has been particularly difficult for me. Seizures, chronic pain and other debilitating neurologic conditions plague me on a daily basis but recently I have had other issues surface requiring a good deal of time in the VA hospital. This has destroyed any chance of keeping up with the work load and unfortunately I have failed miserably trying, invariably letting a lot of you down. I apologize for this in the most profuse manner I can muster. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope you ladies and gentlemen can forgive me.

I'm now home and spending as much time drawing as I possibly can so please know I have not quit nor given up. I am working to get the files out. If I have missed some of you please know it's not intentional. I'm doing my best to get things back in an organized state. Any and all please feel free to contact me if you feel you have been missed. I'm willing to do whatever I can to make things right.

Ben don’t beat your self up with today’s communications being non-visual and long distance we never know what is going on in another person’s life. We have grown to expect instant replies and never consider the other person’s situation. Your health and well being is more important to you then any of us getting a drawing we want. Keep your head up, I don't think anyone that's not a sociopath would ever be down on someone in the condition you were in. That's one of the ugly things we learn about the general public being in this kind of business, so quick to bad mouth and judge with no compassion. There's a difference in not meeting schedules that one agreed on because they went golfing compared to because they were laid up in the hospital. I'm sure anyone here understands.

Ben, I haven't hired your great services yet (hope that changes one day) but I'd like to say I'm very sorry to hear of your situation.

Non of this is your fault, and you didn't ask for any of this. You've always gave your best but now it's time to focus on yourself. You've got enough on your plate without the extra stress of battling to keep up with everything.

Look after yourself through this hard time and get back to the drawing when you are fully ready. If anyone ain't happy with that, cross them off your customer list, you don't need them.

As others have said I truly hope all turns out well or at least better for you. Epilepsy kind of bites, I know first hand. Not to mention everything else it sounds like you are dealing with.
