DESPERATE!! IN NEED OF HELP!!! CANDCNC maybe DTHC IV BOARD

So the dramas just dont stop.

Ill just say, the thing has cut perfectly for the past 3 weeks (apart from an issue with the Feathertouch which i just reset and hit go again and off it works).

And now i turn it back on and the torch tries to fire and the relay in the PWM controller goes mental and sounds like its arcing the crap out of itself. The torch ON led flickers light at a rave occaisionally then just turns off and is quiet for a while. I have checked all connections, opened the box, tried a new PWM, tested the Hypertherm with a hand torch etc. All i can come up with it has something to do with the card that controls the output signal to the hypertherm.

The screen on Mach3 shows AUX1 LED lit and flashing of Output 1 status. Red LED on card with the yellow cavle is lit. Reset button in this card does not help.

DESPERATELY NEEDING HELP AS I FINALLY HAVE ORDERS FOR THINGS. THIS COULD BE REALLY BAD FOR ALL THE YEARS WORK I HAVE SLOGGED MY GUTS OUT FOR.

Update. I have changed over the network cable from the DTHC CARD to the PWM. Still no luck. I push the reset button on the DTHC card and it resets. Then the Torch ON LED fires rapidly on the PMW. This leads me to beloeve that the DTHC IV card is cactus. Whats a chance that anyone in Austrlia has one spare sitting around?

Next update. I started wiggling cables and connectors around. Found the culprit. Its the 5 pin red connector which takes the signal from the blue ethernet cable from the rs485 hub and connects to the DTHC card. These connectors are complete rubbish. Cheap crap connections which should be better engineered.
