refrigerated air cooler

I hooked up a Ingeroll Rand cooler in my air line for the plasma cutter table, question for those that have a refrigerated air cooler. What interval do you have your purge drain set to (how many minutes). Thanks

I have an IR also and just left it on the factory setting, seems to be fine. Also have an auto drain on my tank that goes off about every 30 minutes for about 5 seconds.

I seems mine is set for about every 2 minutes, I thought it should be longer?

That sounds about the same as mine, just a quick purge every couple of minutes. I may decrease the interval to about 5 in the future.

I changed mine today to about 10 minutes but have not used the unit yet while cutting.

I left mine at the factory setting...once every 2 minutes sounds about right.
If one of the cats or the dog sneaks out into the shop between cycles, they sure do end up with wide eyes and bushy tails when she runs. haha

Me too the first time I turned it on, did not expect the pressurized discharge
