Anybody in Massachusetts or a surrounding State? I have a customer wanting simple artwork that involves using two sheets of 1/16" metal. The cost to ship 159 pounds of metal from here (Texas) is $1100. I don't know what her reaction will be when I tell her, but she might have deep pockets. Who knows?

If this lady wants to continue with her order, she could possibly drive to your location rather than paying over a $1K to have it shipped from Texas. Real simple deal...a momma bear followed by three cubs. The momma bear fills a 48 by 96 sheet of 1/16", the three cubs will fill a second sheet. I'll suggest she contacts you.

Not sure how large the piece is you're bidding, but check with your local Fastenall store about shipping. If it fits on a pallet, they are super reasonable and ship store to store.

Two, four foot by eight foot pieces, 1/16" thickness. Estimated weight at 159 pounds.

Get ahold of freightcenter or echo global logistics, that shouldn't cost any more than $400 extreme tops to ship from Idaho to there so I cant imagine shipping from Texas to there would be much different. It would probably be more like $300. What carrier did you talk to? UPS perhaps?
