Renewing Membership?

Has anyone else had issues with Renewing their membership? I renewed. Payed through Paypal but couldn't download one of the fancy collections nor can I access the .dxf file sharing etc. Sent two emails already?

Admin does mot monitor the boards 24/7. He will fix you up as soon as he gets back on.

We have reviewed the PayPal payment summary and find you did renew Jan 17. Unforunately we do not always get copies of the PayPal payments. Your account is updated and we have changed your renewal date to January 22, 2017.

How do you check when your membership is due? I went to the "membership renewal" pull down, but it doesn't show a renewal date.

I renewed my membership yesterday. How do I access the file that I purchased with my membership?
I've renewed in the past, but I cannot remember how I received the files. Thanks in advance, and I appreciate any help I can get.
