Ports and pins for CandCNC controller

Hi all,
Been a while since I posted. I just bought a new CandCNC set up from Tom. Computer and everything with the new DTHC IV. The reason I had to do this was everything I had crashed. so I have no MACH files to pull from. I Know shame on me for not making back ups. I looked on the manuals site but the ESPII section is not functioning. The computer I got from Tom was supposed to all set up, what I found was nothing was set up. I knew I would have to tune the motors but I thought it would be set up for ports and pins. Long sob story short question, does anyone have the proper sequence for the ports and pins set up? I tried to email Tom about this last night but I sure he needs the weekend off so I thought I would ask you guys.
