Here is my version of the 3D deer head. I used a torch to color the steel and then used brazing rod to color antlers, ears and nose.

Thank You
Here it is. It is a little too tight on my machine. You can do one of two thing. Scale it up slightly or change the kerf on your tool in sheetcam to be slightly smaller than it really is. I would scale it personally.

I hope this helps,
Byron
Thank you for sharing this. I just now found your reply.
Thanks again.

Thanks SO MUCH for the 16ga file post.

Unfortunately there are several mistakes in the parts.
The antlers need the four short horn pieces. Two of the one type and two of the other. In the DXF file there are three of one type and ONE of the other to be cut out.

The main antler rack has the wrong sized slots in it for the smaller 16ga middle length and shorter horns.

The TABS for the two main side profiles are just long enough to only fit into the first FRONT shield but not the BACK wall shield. You will either need to lengthen the four tabs to 3/4" long to weld on and space the two shields apart OR leave as is and use weld nuts or screws and spacers to mount the rear shield.

There are more slotted parts than slots and one piece I think has the slots on the wrong side (the large chest plate).

I plan on cutting this out once I get the DXF file parts corrected. The file has several parts which need to be fixed.

This reposted picture shows a antler and shield corrected finished piece cut out in 3/16" thick plate. Also shows the chest plate as it should be.
One thing in this picture caught my attention and that was that the ears are in front of the antlers. Normally the ears are behind the antlers...at least on the deer I see hear in Michigan. I will place the ears in back.

Would one of you guys mind posting the "corrected" dxf or svg? My uncle has a taxidermy shop. I'd like to make one of these for him.

Oh, and I like your contollers! I assume heli or fixed wing. I don't know if boat guys use sticks or wheels!

Fixed wing and a couple of drones. Here's one I slotted at .204

approx 17" spread, back plate is about 17" tall

EDIT: I really know how to spell Deer but don't feel like changing it. :D
