I have a quick question, do you sell these bumpers? and if so what precautions does one take to prevent a lawsuit in this lawyer ridden society?
I have had people want things like this built, but a local machine shop always shied away from any thing that modified the function of a onroad vehicle, especialy safty related.
BTW those are great looking bumpers well made and alot of skill and time went into them. I am not trying to be a smart ass, just a legitquestion, personly we have to many lawyers and lawsuits as it is, Just my 2 cents worth and its overpriced

I hear ya Ken-Tuk ;) I mostly have made these for friends. But those that I sell have a disclaimer on the invoice that requires a signiture. It basicly says that by recieving the item the purchaser accepts all liability ad responsibility.

With them being fabricated from 1/4 and 3/16 plate they are just a we bit stouter than stockers. I love building them, figuring out all the angles is a blast.

Not being a smart ass here, but looking at your tire mount I would say a little anti-spatter spray would do wonders.. Nice looking bumpers!

Safford a cool town, I have a few friends there, and had a bad experiance at the Pioneer Motel, but that's another story

I just had a guy order two sets of front and rear bumpers for a 96 Bronco, I will post pics as I get them built.

Here is a few shots from the first one I did, might give you an idea of how it all gets pieced together. With the next ones I went with a thinner piece where the round holes are so I could dimple them. I also wont be using the plastic light buckets anymore because the spray on liner dosent stick to them very well.

I grew up tucson my self!!! We did some off roading in the river beds, when they were dry that is...lol

Those are geat bumpers, and figuring those angles take some brains,or a good software program, which do you have? You must be good at math :o

Seriously ,nice work there. ;)

Haha... in a "past life" I installed laminate counter tops for a living, some of those get tuff when you have odd angles and have to figure out where there going to finish up after they are cut. I think I can manage these because of that old carpentry experiance.

I built 3 more bumpers this week and am working on a couple more. I will post pics as soon as I have them

Oh and the pic of the silver dodge in the water was at the Glamis Dunes in So Cal. We managed to plan a trip in the middle of a huge storm. Ended up having to move our camp. Who would expect flooding at sand dunes!

There is only about 30 minutes between the first pic and the other two. The storm was actually centered miles to the north of us, only sprinkled where we were.

Knocked out this one for a 96 Bronco today....

Also had to build another set for my own truck, seems like everytime I get a set done someone buys them right off the truck! This is the fourth one I have had on it. Stufed it with a 17500 Lb Winch...
