Here is a bumper I have been working on. I intend to try to market a complete line at some point but here is a prototype I built.

Nice Bumpers! That is very similar to what I have in mind to build for my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500, just haven't had time to start. I don't know what part of the country you live in but you should do well with those. Just spent bout a grand on a Edge Juice w/Attitude programmer for it so bumper might have to wait a little longer.

the bumpers are sweet but I dig the workstand you made to hold them! how do the bumpers hook to them? I'm tearing my Jeep apart to paint it and I need to make some of those to hold other parts, hood, fenders, windshield. Thats tight!

That is some beautiful work. Try incorporating a winch/brushgaurd setup on it, I'll bet you could come up with something very nice!

They just bolt to the stand with a bracket that attaches from the bumper mounts in the bumper to the top of the stand. I just that stand for alot of projects in the shop.

There is already a winch mount that can install into them. It is a modular design that can be upfitted if needed. Nick has a winch ordered but didn't want the hole cutout for the cable and fairlead until he can put it in..

Actually in the first pic, you can see the cradle for the winch mount sitting on my messy table.. Its on the far left of the picture.. The bumper has brackets built in that will accept that cradle and make it into a intergrated part of the design.

Awesome looking bumpers! Looks like a lot of grinding and blending. Have one for a 05 Duramax? I have wanted to build something like this for a while but honestly just don't have the time.

I plan to offer the flat top bumpers for $1000 plus shipping, while the complex top bumpers will start out at $1150. That is a fair bit lower than other options on the market.

Your bumpers are very nice.

It is a true art form to be able to fit and finish so many complex shapes like that.

I am working on a couple of bumpers for my wife's Tacoma.
Just trying to draw and fit all the shapes in your head at first is a job in itself.

I have built a bunch for CJ's in the past and I want to incorporate the swing out tire carrier with gas can holders to her pickup.

I have always wanted to do a swing out for a pickup.
I think a smaller truck like a Toyota would be nice with a trail rig setup on the back.

Don't ever under cut you self on prices for sure.

To have a custom bumper like the ones you are making is a real cool add on.

Also, I too like the stand you have to build on.
I am in the process of building one right now.

Your stand picture has inspired me to get all the odd shaped builds off the floor and stop the sore back after a long week of welding

I was searching for ideas for a bumper for my Dodge and came across this site. They use a PlasmaCam do do their stuff.

I can't see any of these images but it sounds like I missed a couple good builds.
Did you ever get anywhere with the Tacoma bumper? My son is getting a jeep, so I am getting my '98 Tacoma back soon and want to build a front and rear bumper with swing down or out tire rack.
