My second paid job
I did this for a friend of mine. He gave these to his family as Christmas gifts. I have to figure out how to take better pictures without wierd shadows or too much glare. I started with Signtorch images, then added the borders and the letters. I used hot rolled steel that I soaked in vinegar after cutting to get rid of the mill scale, then heated the pieces with a propane torch to change them to a blue color. The dog is shown pre-vinegar. They turned out decent I think.

LOL! I charged my buddy $40 for both cutouts. If I only sell to friends I will be out of business before I even get started.
