Another project from the past, converted a lawn mower to a Mini Jeep. Too many details to list...

I have the cad work for the project metal work I would share but the mechanics of the project is something that is sort of one of a kind. I had to lift the back end 4 inches and the front end 2 inches. To make the wheels look normal a had to modify rear rims to fit the front spindles and make it line up with the rear tires. I also moved the steering wheel 6 inches to the left so it would be closer to what a normal jeep would look like. The gear shift and linkage also had to be modified. The project took about 3 weeks to do so it pretty labor intensive. You might want to consider using a golf cart instead of a lawn mower. The conversion would be much more simple. If I do another I will use a golf cart instead...
