First project after 10 month break

Post by BensPlasmaAu »

Hiya all,

I had to put the table into storage for 10 months and this is the first project done since getting it back working. Not after a few hiccups though. To note, stainless checkerplate is an interesting thing to cut.

DIY table, CandCNC Bladerunner DTHCIV with 620 steppers. The usual programs SheetCAM and Mach3. I have a Hyperthermia PowerMax 45 plasma running on 3 phase 415volt. It's a ripper, eats through heaps thicker than people expect, but I think that's because most have experience with single phase 45's.
