Attached is a .pdf file of pictures and notes from the design and build of a 12' wide x 4' tall outdoor sign. This sign was cut using a Powermax85 on a 4 x 4 cnc machine, indexing to cover all 12' was a challenge, but not overly difficult! Open up the attachment and scroll through...if any questions post them! Jim Colt

Nice job, that's some cool work Jim
I read about the indexing when I bought my 4x4 table but, have yet had the opportunity to use the process.
I did make an internally lit two sided stainless 48"x48" sign for the bank.

Thanks Jim, some good ideas there if I ever get to build a sign that size.

Great job on the sign Jim. I made a sign for a reality company, a Church, a city ball field and a bar but none of them could hole a candle to yours. I'm about to start one for a barber shop and got some ideas from your build. I love the floating drop outs or what ever you want to call them. Keep up the good work. Hope to see more of it soon.

Nice work Jim! I love the idea of the tab holders. I need to make a sign for my own business and if you don't mind, Ill borrow that idea!

Great job Jim. Cant miss that sign. How do you precisely reposition this heavy piece of metal to index without issues?
Thin gauge is already a challenge....lol

By the way... thanks for the help on my powermax45....works like a champ.
