Fork truck ramp

This isn't the AMAZING statues of women and eagles and all the rest of the art type projects you guys post(and blow me away with). But here is a project that I was pretty happy how easy my new table made it go. And the client was thrilled with how the final product looked and performed. They came to me wanting a ramp that their 8000 lb fork truck could go up and down as it carried a 4000 lb load. And this is what I came up with, it is all cut from 1/4" plate the ramp is 6' wide by 10 ' long and raises up 12" high.

Yes the ramp doesn't stay in one spot they needed to be able to move it out to use it then put it out of the way after.
