OK explain this one to a old country boy. Looks something like a upside-down state of Michigan with a cross through it. Don't see the connection with Bluegrass.

No Bluegrass connection. We just pick together. He sent me a pic of the state of Alabama with the red X thru it. The Alabama State Flag is white with a red X across it. I made it in 4 separate pieces.
