A couple of screens

Post by BensPlasmaAu »

Only 1200 x 900mm, but the flame screen was about 150 pierces. It took a while. It's also a good test because I put in a brand new set of consumables and checked the condition of the tip etc afterwards and they look fine. There's a big difference in the cut quality too between them. The wheel screen was the first, then I increased the velocity and acceleration on the motor tuning for the flame screen. It seemed to work pretty good. The dross happily falls of even when you drop it on the ground. Easy clean up, almost don't need a flap disc.
