Looks good. Id like to find a file for one on f250. I would try it do it myself but I don't think there is enough cardboard around for me to try it, I would keep the recyclers busy  .

I think it looks really well built and thought out. Things that stick out to me is that the "Winter Fab" being on bottom would be hard to read from standing position or going down the road. It also being cut in the front will let everything in (Salt, water, mud, etc..).

I figured the logo down there would be its less "in your face" and also add some air flow. Most other bumpers I saw online had some sort or cuts or logo down there

Great looking bumper!
If you combined several parts and did bends where possible instead of all welds it would decrease fab time a bunch with less fitup, welding, and grinding. Of course then you need some kind of brake but it might be worth farming that part out if you don't have one.

I can sell the file to you, but I can't just give this one away when I spent many hours working on it. Especially considering you joined this forum with the sole purpose of asking for a free file.

I have a 4' brake, but only up to 16ga and also a press brake that will bend thick stuff but its only 30" wide. I might have to figure something out cause all that grinding about killed me!

Matt that logo on the bottom of the bumper would look cool w/ some LED backlighting.

Matt great looking bumper. I have the same truck. How much do you want for the file? Your time is worth something. Also I went to your Facebook page and love the SC State with the "C" Flag. I would be interested in that file as well...... not asking for a freebie! Fellow SC metalworker, near Myrtle Beach. Thanks. CG
There is plenty of room at the top - and the top is where you want to be. Whenever you do a project - do the hardest part first and the rest will be easy.

I might do that once I get some red "halo" fog lights. I bought the cheap 4" lights from WalMart and didn't realize they were blue like 8000k headlights.

Hey, I did not mean to offend you, I have never asked for a file before, I won't again, I enjoy this site I joined a couple years ago not for free files.
Why the jab on assuming I joined just for free files, I don't communicate on these type forums often, I saw the nice work and just asked, my bad.
