AWESOME, I have wanted to do some of these since I bought the balsa wood patterns at the dollar store but never got around to it. Very cool.

Thanks it was fun to do.I have cut a three foot butterfly also.I'll put some pics on when we get it painted.jim

The files are on here.Check under puzzles.I just sized them to what size i wanted and the thickness of the metal.If you can't find them message me and ill see you get them.Jim

Looks Great! What thickness of metal did you use for this size cutout? Looks like maybe 1/4" from the picture. I wander if anybody has had any luck selling these?

Mostly 14gage some of it was 1/8 in.It needs a support to stand.Never tried selling any.Check out my big butterflies too.Jim

I check out the big Butterfly but the file will not open for me in coreldraw3. I dont know why but it wont. Thanks for the tip on the T-Rex. I just cut it out tonight. A little grinding some sand blast and some white paint and I will try to put it to gether. Going to give it to my Son for his birthday. He will love it. He is into that kind of thing right now. Thanks

Patrick i don't know why it won't open .I use corel x4.Glad to hear you cut the T-rex my grandkids are still haveing fun with it.jim
