I know this post is 6.5 years old but I just came upon it. What nice work you have done. I have a mini excavator too. I know you said you got the worm gear and the motor from ramsey did the driven gear also come from Ramsey? Your ditch bucket looks fantastic also. I have an older electric winch that I changed over to Hydraulic and they sent me a new worm gear with it, so I kept the old worm gear and I think I just found a use for it. Ill try to make one from your pictures.
