My table is a Multicam 1000 5'x20', plasma cutter is a Hypertherm powermax 1000, I made the smallfish out of 16ga hot rolled and the large one out of 14ga hotrolled. I used 40amp tips and nozzles not the fine cut. I cut the 16ga at about 30 amps and the 14ga at 40amps. My multicam has preset speeds for the gauge of metal you are using so i just set my material type, adjust my amps and air pressure on my plasma cutter to the best of my ability and let it fly.

I never have had any training on the table or my design software so I have pretty much taught myself but I still dont know alot of the finer details to really dial it in for high quality cuts. Needless to say there was grinding envolved.
