LINCOLN Pro Cut 55 Experience

Post by hdfaster »

Some one has to be the first. I am new to this community but not to CNC PLASMA CUTTING. I have had a LINCOLN PRO-CUT 55 hooked up to my Plasmacam for 8 years now and have had no problems with the Lincoln. I do mostly Stainless, Brass, and Copper. I cut Aluminum and steel but to a lesser degree. The plasmacam with DHC has been very reliable. I do not have a business so I don't use it nearly as much as others have. I bought the pro-cut 55 because I could run consumables from the pro-cut 25 which has a .028 orfice. I have to turn the AMPS all the way down to 25 AMPS but get fine cuts with very good quality. Its slower but like I said, I am not in business.
