PLASMA TABLE PLANS

Post by SPEEDRACERV »

Does anyone have or recommend any plans for building a 4x8 or 5x10 table?

Try taking a look in the DIY table section. Doing a quick search might bring up some threads for you.
I don't have all the answers but I do have a lot of opinions....

I used the MechMate plans and bought the prefabricate metal parts for my plasma table. Works great for plasma. The first Mechmate I built was for wood. Both are running great with no issues. This is not a kit and you will need to able to cut you metal material and weld. My plasma electronics are from CANDCNC.

I like this table a lot as well. Did you ever track down any plans to something like this one? I am about to pull the trigger in a set of hotrod fab plans unless I can find something better.

I built the 5x10 precision plasma table. I modeled it in 3D cad and modified a couple things to my liking, but their blueprints cover all the basics.

My gantry is one of their earlier ones, but it's light and fast for plasma. Here's my virgin table before I wired it...
