Koike millennium series water conversion

Hey guys I am new the the forum. First of all love all the things I have read.

Ok so down to the question. I teach welding at the local trade school and we have a 5'x10' koike Mellenium series down draft table. We are going through an addition to my shop which involves moving the location of the table and so the question is this. Should I or can I convert this over to a water table? Has anyone converted this table or one similar over to a water table? If so what advice can you give me. I will post a picture of the table later this week when I have a second to take the picture at work.
