Re: harrow disc blade drawing. Any help

It's sad to see that some people THINK they have to use that kind of language to express themselves.

Re: Shipping via Freight

We ship the same signs regularly through FedEx to different branches of a real estate company in different states and the package maximum is 39x49 inches. I wasn't paying enough attention to my sizing once and wound up with 40 x 50 and HOLY MACKEREL did the price ever jump! It more than doubled. So ...

THANK YOU! This old man's brain isn't what it used to be.....never was what you explained above. Now I'll tell Wifey what she needs to do.

Thanks again.

Re: 3d "soccer ball"...definitely NOT a fire pit

Lacking in enough brain power to accomplish this on my own, how do I calculate how much to resize the individual panels to come up with a 60" diameter "soccer ball"?

Thanks.

That's all? I've never gotten the calipers out but it sure looks like more...but I'll take your word for it. You're the master!

Thanks.

Re: Not cutting through after pierce powermax 65

Jim,
I'd never tried going as high as .075 but I will try that. Usually I install a new nozzle when I'm going to do a lot of intricate cutting and a higher setting increases the cut width, so that was what I was wanting to prevent. But I guess I'll have to work around that.

Thanks.

Re: Not cutting through after pierce powermax 65

Yes, I've read past posts about the problem but I've never found a solution. We can start out with the settings we normally cut at, but until it just cuts for awhile, changing settings to whatever just doesn't help. After numerous setting changes and test cuts, we wind up back to the settings we nor...

Re: Not cutting through after pierce powermax 65

I wish someone had the answer for this problem. I've been trying to remedy this for a long time. I can put in a new Hypertherm electrode and fine cut nozzle, do a test cut, and get the same thing. After doing numerous test cuts at various speeds, heights, and whatever else I can think of, it'll fina...

Re: Fire Pit ring

What size roller do you use to roll them? When we roll a fire ring with that much cut out, it won't roll evenly.

3D art. When we finish with a 4x8x14g sheet, we use up all the little places left over for making alligators, bison, eagles, motorcycles, etc. When we're done with a sheet....THEY AIN'T NUTTIN' LEFT!

Still using up scrap. This one was a pain. Took 5-6 hours to resize/correct individual pieces and assemble. We'd sure go in the hole on this one if we were to sell it.
