Re: Ordered my Dynatorch Super B

No matter what program you chose, your gonna have a learning curve with em. Nothing that i have found is a snap a pic and trace it. On some of my more detailed projects ive spent up to 3-4 hours drawing files. I use Coreldraw and im satisfied with it, now that i know how to use it.

Re: problems again mach 3

I had this problem when i first got my table. I didnt have my table earth grounded prpoperly. So i was getting noise/interferance within the communication cables. I stuck a 5/8 copper rod in the ground about 3/12 to 4 foot and ran 3/8 copper back to the table slats. I never had the "External E-...

I use CorelDrawX4. I only have one complaint. And that is the Corel export to dxf, Its horrible. I would recommend DXFTool macro if you choose CorelDraw.

You could Key Hole the bolt holes. That way you have 1 pierce per plate cut. I suppose that would depend on customer preference. Just a thought.

Re: Flapper Disc

i used a wire wheel on a 4.5" grinder. I had tried several different grits of flap wheels. My problem (maybe i was too picky) is the flap wheel would create divots or low spots on the stubburn dross areas. I like the edges to be nice and square. But as welder2005 said-- def wear some PPE. I wou...

I saw a post on facebook that had painted letters on a piece of wood that read : We'll Always Be Friends, Because You Know Too Much. Thought it would be neat to make a file for a metal cut out. If someone cuts it. Make sure to post a pic. I dont have a plaz table anymore but still like to draw. 8-) ...
