Thanks. There are too many to do so. Gotta be an easier way to share. Maybe make a web page and then post the link?

3D puzzle DXF files

I have a bunch of DXF puzzle files in a RAR file. They are nice, don't remember where I got them, maybe the CNC zone. Here's a link to download them.

Re: Converting Help

No problem! Maybe a little help for future work. When tracing an image with reflections and other undesirable details it is a good idea to edit the raster image first. I use a free program called paint.net that you can google search for and download. It works great for me and I don't have to buy ph...

Re: Over 2000 DXF files free

[quote="grindergary"]You know, this is the mentality of people. Why does everyone figure you have to have a cut ready file? Obviously then you are in the wrong place. I never expect a file to be cut ready as most are not. Even the ones that have been cleaned up and could be "cut ready...

Re: Over 2000 DXF files free

BEWARE! I just downloaded these files onto a memory stick so as not to mix them up in my regular files. After checking 15 files I have yet to find one that would cut properly. Lots and lots of drop outs among other issues. Now I'm going to delete that memory stick. Rick I placed them in a separate ...

Skip signing up for the drop box and direct download the RAR file. I did try one of the files and it worked fine.

Dental art

The first piece was cut from a dxf file posted on this forum out of 12 gage metal and my Dentist loves it. The shelf is for holding your toothbrush holder or your teeth whichever you have and is cut from 22 gage stainless steel.

That is so cool! Did you draw that up, or find the plans somewhere? Totally in awe - you have some fine talent. Thanks, I purchased blue prints for a scroll saw design and scanned them in pieces......the entire drawing would not fit on my scanner 15 years ago. Then redrew the entire tower because t...

Re: Eiffel Tower III

Thanks. When I sized the last one to 70% of the size of the 7' tall one the nuts would not fit so I had to redesign all corners and floors. Had to cut them all twice.....that sucked! I have already started gathering everything to build a leaning tower of Pisa. I plan to laser cut the latest Eiffel T...

Eiffel Tower III

The first picture shows a 5' tall Eiffel tower and a 7' tall one. I built the 5' tall tower out of 16 gage stainless steel and tig welded it together 15 years ago. I had just purchased my machine and wasn't sure if it would cut the holes accurate so I made another 7' tall tower and assembled it with...

Re: Chinese plasma tips

I recently unknowingly bought some knock off consumables on ebay. After using a few I noticed short consumable life and lots of fault errors. After some research I found out they came from China. They were about 1/2 price but not worth a crap. Metalworx I had the same experience.....never again! Da...

Thanks guys! It was intimidating at first, but now that I know what to do, it wouldn't be such a big deal to create another. Most commonly asked question..."Do those gears actually spin?" Ahhh, no. They COULD, but the price just went way, way up! May have to do that for the one the wife w...

I would love to have a laser. My 16 year old Plasma cam will do for the moment. No DHC and been hit by lightning twice.....blew out circuit boards in my plasma cutter. Here's a logo I cut for my MG Roadster out of 14 gage stainless steel.
