How do you guys deal with a drawing like this

This is some of Jason's work, I've got his master collection and they are really sweet! But I took this from plasma spider and it tried importing into inkscape. He uses adobe and these softwares don't play nice so it wouldn't let me open it. I then went to qcad, converted it to svg. I then imported ...

Thanks for the guidance guys. At first it seemed like it would keep everything cleaner, and more organized. Now I see the problems it's created haha. I'll build a little stand off to the side for it tonight

Exair cabinet cooler

Last week I purchased a Quincy 60 5hp compressor.. man what a difference. On Saturday I decided to Put it to the test. It easily supplied enough air for my equipment. I did have a detailed cut I needed to do out of 3/16. Around 11 mins in my duty cycle was reached on my 45xp and it shut down. I don'...

Re: questions

I just started out a couple of months ago, so don't base your decision off me. However I have been a avid inkscape user, and for free you can't beat it. After purchasing art work from Jason at cncdxffiles he guided me towards adobe illustrator. It does cost 20$ a month but I really like it! It does ...

Torch height is off.. how to fix it?

I've really been burning through some hypertherm consumables, went to check my torch height and it appears to be pretty high. I did this by turning the torch off, running a simple line file and sticking a .06" shim under it. There was a big gap between the torch and the shim. I went back to she...
