water table newbe

I just built me a water tray for my table and boy I don't know how I lived without it. My question is when using a water tray do you have to slow down your feedrate to get it to cut properly or does it matter. I have only made a few cuts and this is what i've found but I am curious if this is really...

Re: new software

check out draft sight its free and runs like autocad. I use tm cad for most of my design but I use draft sight for the technical stuff like brackets and such. I have also used corel draw and photoshop elements. Hope this helps.

Re: Stuck with the basics....

I have a tm3 5x10 table with unfortunatly no hieght control. I cut 16 gauge and thicker all day long with the hand crank you will have to babysit it quite a bit but it can be done if you watch your gap and keep your hand on the crank you move up and down as the material moves. I have seen up to 3/8 ...

Re: air dryer a redesign of anothers idea

 I can definantly see how that could be a prob especially if saur kraught is involved. Had a good chance today to test it out ran for about 1.5 hours intermitent and zero water in the lines I think this will work great. My cut quality has improved 10 fold and a whole lot less dross to deal with...
