You will need to tie the eye in or you'll just be cutting it for nothing.

Cool file 68Percy. Thanks for the share. May have to make one of these to put down at the pond. With a fishing scene of course.

Were you planning on doing this as a multi layer sign? As is you will have about 22 pieces in the welder alone.

Like I said I need something I can carry out of the shop and use. Not many places I will have access to 220. Just wanted to know if someone had any experience with the Hobart unit.

Re: Coal Miners pick and shovel

Like tnbndr said the small cut out in the banner along with the hole side of the helmet will fall out. A couple brakes in the larger cut line on the side of the helmet will keep things together. Other than that is looks nice. Keep drawing, the more you do the easier it gets. Thanks for the share. Rick

Re: Portable plasma cutter

Really needing this for mobile work guys. I have a 9 bay auto shop and thought it would come in handy being able to cut things like exhaust systems and bolts without pulling out the Oxy setup. Could also use out in the parking lot as I some times work on things to large to bring in the shop or throw...

Portable plasma cutter

I'm looking at a Hobart Airforce 12i as a portable unit. It runs off of 110 and has it's own built in air compressor. I own a Automotive Garage and think It would be nice to have around the shop for small cutting jobs. I would also use it to cut up my skeletons went they come off the table and scrap...

I'm with Steve. I had this same issue a while back. I tried everything, I though, Then someone suggested I check the O ring. It looked great but I changed it anyway and the problem went away.

I get $75 also. I paint mine with Red hammer paint and a mini roller. The hammer paint makes them look awesome and gives them the appearance of a higher quality piece.

Re: Drain plug broke off in air compessor.

Ok michmetalman the reason I ask if it was steel or cast was to determine the easiest way to remove. I do this on a regular basis in my auto shop. If it's steel I would take a nut with the inside hole the same size or a size smaller and place it over the broken plug, hold it in place and mig weld th...

Re: Looking for suggestions on tracing tablets

Thanks Steve, I though that was the way it was done but wasn't sure. I'm been meaning to try it in Inkscape using the bezier curve tool. Will try to find time to start playing with it tonight. Would like to go a step beyond auto trace.
