Re: Over 2000 DXF files free

I think Rick explained himself well above. He's been a great help to many on this forum and as usual I think this is more an example of written text poorly expressing emotion. I tried as is no go; then I opened it with solid edge, looked good and saved it with another # only change. Sheetcam looked good.

Thanks for the polyline lesson Simko!

Re: Dual Purpose Router Table

On my routing table, I leveled the spoil board the way hsolve just recommended. One other thing I did was route v grooves every inch all over the spoil board. It helps me line things up, and shows the maximum cutting area of my router table. A thought popped into my head for those making a dual pur...

Re: O-Ring Issue???

Turn your torch off using the ports and pins settings in Mach, take your time and run the same program over; Watch the amps on the xp45s display without the torch firing. I think you may find something I see pretty often. That's how I check for it.

Mine cut where the thread fit but the shoulder won't that's close enough for me, its hard on drills and make sure (your) hole's fit before cutting something like this.

Re: Soft pierce peck, delayed off until after first cut.

I am still not too sure what it will do if you define a tool as having the DTHC off . It may not issue ANY S codes. You might try using another method to keep the DTHC off on a cut. Tried the new post, Same tap file same results but didn't turn the tourch on: Just testing will try the simpler metho...
