Re: 4x4 welding table help

Vanquish, what part are you cutting? Is the slot too small or the tab too large to fit together? I thought I had converted three sets of the drawings to size and shapes that would work for me but anything I added or changed does not connect to the existing lines, if I modify the existing lines it w...

Re: swamp scene criticing wanted

Thank Guys, I watched those videos and worked with inkscape pretty much all day yesterday. I have been working on the union and difference tool quite a bit I started off small with some cat tails. I would change the top's and make tip's, all you need to do is drag some nodes up and watch the last t...

Re: swamp scene criticing wanted

You have way to many things overlapping, if one line crosses another it will create a fit; I see a lot. Get rid of the fill and look at the lines, shrink it down to a size that will fit on your table. (Start small)

Try the Brightness setting at 630 and it looks like it would work very well.

Re: student version

I tried lots of thing's and was on the wire, because of what I read here. Figured I would try it because it was so affordable where as the full one is out of my budget. Just found this fine print on a Corel help site. Trying to clarify this post.

Re: Hypertherm 65 w/ finecut

I found mine was lowering the current - Amps; right on the screen and the display of the Hypotherm randomly by almost 1/2. If you hear it look for it or cut the same thing out ans see if it does it over the same spot every time that's how I found mine. Turned all Path rules in Sheetcam off. Problem ...

Gouging / Scarfing with Hyp 65?

My machine did it quiet well until I turned off the corner path rules. (Unwanted) now I want too. I found it was changing the current in mach and on the Hypertherm by lowering it very near 50% sometimes it would do it for 8 to 10"s. Wish I had the xp 45 sounds like it would be easy to do what I...
