Re: Combat Medic

Thanks! I received my Combat Medic Badge during Desert Storm. I was with 4/32 AR, 1st Bde, 3AD out of Germany. I did a quick trace of one about 2.5 years ago and cut it out. Mine wasn't near this detailed. Thanks again!

Cutting Brass Sheet

I have a customer that wants a Bumblebee 50x42 cut out of "thin" brass. The material is $1075 for a 4x10 sheet of 1/8 in. The supplier I checked with out of Houston said the 4x10 sheets start at 1/8 in and go up. The thinnest I could get in 3x8 sheet is 24g and it's $300. Those prices are ...

Re: PRICE FOR BULK LETTERS?

What thickness are you cutting? I did a lot of numbers and letters, 4 inch in several fonts, 14ga with no cleanup for $ 1.75 each. It was easy money, I even used some scrap I had laying around. I did not get crazy and pierced in the cut and still cam out good with fine cut consumables. If I was cut...

PRICE FOR BULK LETTERS?

Got a customer that wants to order letters to sell on rustic wood signs and also to sell by themselves. He wants to give them a rusty look. I will price them for raw letters and with the rust patina already started. They will be 4 inches tall (approx 4x6) and he plans to order from 50-100 at a time....

Price Opinion: First Sign with a lot of separated text

This is my first time doing one with a lot of text with all of the letters separate. Very time consuming to get it all straight. Each piece is offset from the other by about 0.5 inches. The colors will be the same as the original logo. The half moon layer will be candy blue with grinder swirls and t...

Price opinion for a Helmet rack

Wondering what you guys would charge for something like this. It is 24x24. Two layer, with a 6 in wide shelf. The stainless helmet rack was repurposed from an IV pole. Made from 12 ga mild steel and Powder coated. The two motorcycles are attached with an L bracket and bolted to the shelf.

JUST GO TO ETSY AND PUT SPLIT MONOGRAM IN THE SEARCH. THERE ARE MULTIPLE TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY ONLY COST A FEW BUCKS FOR THE ENTIRE SET.
