Have you checked the motor tuning working with the acceleration and velocity setting. You want to have it going as fast as it can without the motors stalling. Something that may help if you think the line segments are not connected, SheetCam will have start points and rapid lines for each line.
If you see them and want to connect them you will need to go back into the drawing software to correct them.

If you are using one of the THC that is separate from the Mach Z axis control, there may be a setting in there that needs to be switched to have the Z go down when the voltage goes down ( follow the arc voltage). I used super glue or a more flexible adhesive called "Goop" it is a thicker material and holds great.

I had the bad luck to have a slightly different DXF (posted here) file of this Owl that I cut for a gift and it had drop outs because the file was changed at some point. I suggest others to check their file, the one posted above will not have the same problem. I cut it to 25"X16" with fine...

If you are looking for a CAM program for wood routing I have working with Estlcam a fair priced program that you can do many thing with . :D :D I have been working on doing inlays and have just about figured the technique out. :lol:
