Great file, I made a couple of changes to make it a little better to cut, let me know if anyone has problems opening it I saved it as a dxf R 10.

Re: More safety tips...

Wasn't meant to be disrespectful but maybe as a hint from someone that isn't close to you to give it up now before you lose an eye or a limb or something. The tools aren't the reason why your getting hurt, it's you. All i'm saying is own up to it before you really do some permanent damage. When did...

Re: Angus Welcome Sign

Great file! Can't blame Gary for being a little trigger happy he has so many great files they seem to show up alot but when you look close you can see this one is not his work. A healthy challenge once and a while neve hurt anyone, well handled on both sides in my opinion.

Re: Powder Coating set-up

Hey Thanks for the post, what did you use for the metal? This may be a wee bit on the late side... Your original post was asking about where to buy an oven from. I made my own and I'm nothing special when it comes to creating stuff. In short, I used some oven elements, had an electrical box made for...

File looks good, I changed it a bit, there was one overlapping line and I made some space for ease of plasma cutting, Great file thanks for sharing.

Thanks, I am playing with the file to try and add another baby to it, I would like to cut it and hang it in their room.

Re: Buying a plasma cutter

Not sure on the technology, I bought 5 nozzels and 5 electrodes and it cost me $54 taxes in. haven't cut alot with it as of yet, maybe two hrs of hand cutting with a not so steady hand and haven't had to change the consumables yet. Checked them once and they were like new. I paid about $1100 for the...

My two cents,

Don't change them both at the same time, a little at a time and one thing at a time or you will be chasing your settings all day. Made that mistake.
